Today’s Motivation Monday is all about how you see the world. I’ve personally been going through some major let downs by people in my life. As I’ve been reflecting on the circumstances, the actions and inactions of others, and my emotional response, I’ve come to realize that I can’t change what’s happened.
I can’t go back in time and put up protective walls for myself. All I have left at this point is my response. How will I respond. Will I respond with immaturity or will I respond well.
So todays quote is from Goethe,
“A man sees in the world what he carries in his heart.”
What do you choose to carry in your heart? I hope you are good to yourself and carry only beauty, joyfulness, and encouragement inside you.

Feeling disappointment and let down is hard, no getting around that, but with those feelings I have learned to soothe my heart by promising not to cause those same feelings to others. I have not always accomplished that promise but that is my highest goal. May all your goals this year and beyond come true Justin.
